A small, hard-working consulting firm based in North Vancouver, BC., established in 1988, we hit the ground running with our direct approach to finding success. MTS ENGINEERING is led by two experienced professionals who, with their proven history of delivering successful solutions, will eagerly put their experience to work for you to achieve your project goals. Miguel Chavez, P.Eng.
Miguel is an electrical engineer with over 30 years of experience in power distribution and P&C work, of which 25 years were with his own companies, M&C Systems from 1988 and MTS ENGINEERING from 2007. Miguel mobilizes a team with the depth and breadth of skills necessary to successfully deliver the whole solution in our areas of service. He assigns tasks to the correct professional to deliver the different parts of a solution in the most cost-efficient way for your organization. He provides a high level of service with a team who is competent and motivated. Miguel provides his clients with peace of mind and confidence that the right team is on their project.
Our Team & Associates
Our people are a diverse and integral team with a range of expertise including electrical and instrumentation engineers and designers, project management experts, Power Systems Specialists, DCS/PLC Specialists and AutoCAD & GIS Technicians.
MTS has strong technical partnerships with other Engineering Consultants whose speciality is to provide structural, civil, mechanical and HVAC engineering services which are complimentary to the services MTS will provide. For any project assistance in other engineering disciplines, MTS will resource to our alliances which have given us successful results in the past and we have full confidence to rely upon them in the future.
Christine Brown
Christine is a CAD designer with over 20 years experience in electrical and instrumentation and 10 years in the environmental industry. She is committed to providing quality services while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. Working hard as a team, under Christine's supervision, the MTS AutoCAD designers and GIS technicians are results-oriented and will complete the job successfully. They are technically excellent; using motivation, imagination and innovation to keep MTS on the leading edge of project outputs and delivery.
